I’m Bekah — writer, speaker, freelancer, and joyful apprentice to the life and teachings of Jesus. I am married to my college sweetheart turned pastor and am a smitten mama to three littles committed to loving my family as thoughtfully as possible while not losing myself in the beautiful yet very real demands of motherhood.

My aim with each book I write and resource I create is to encourage moms in the trenches of motherhood to seek the Lord daily, even when they worry it’s not enough.

Through vulnerable storytelling, introspective question-asking, and a whole lot of desire to build connections with others, you’ll find content I’ve created here that is intended to hold space for the heavy and the happy parts of Christian life. But you’ll also find ways we might collaborate on something near and dear to you, too, because I truly believe we are better when we work together and no one should have to go it alone.

As a whole-hearted person, you’ll notice I like to dabble in several creative endeavors. I pursue personal creative projects while also partnering with friends old and new to launch theirs. Take a look at my offerings and reach out if you’d like to connect further!

“Many devotionals for moms seem out of touch or even performative when it comes to the wisdom and spiritual elements. Others seem to trend negative and focus on being a martyr mom. This one meets you in the day to day struggle and pulls you up. The daily reads are short and digestible but full of wisdom and application that feels doable. As a mom of 4, I have read my share of blogs and books for moms and this is one I feel I will return to and recommend often. I especially loved the prayers.
